What is the production + shipping time?
All items are made-to-order. Production takes 1–3 business days. Shipping takes 9–14 days. Total delivery time: 10–17 days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Each item is created specifically for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Made-to-order means higher quality, less waste, and a more sustainable process. I’ll always be transparent about timelines.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Since everything is printed on demand, we cannot offer size exchanges. If there’s an issue, email me within 7 days with photos and I’ll help you out.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email me within 7 days at support@iheartnerds.shop with photos of the issue. I’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
How do the shirts fit?
Our tees are true-to-size with a relaxed, everyday fit. If you prefer an oversized look, size up. A full size guide is available on each product page.
